Mario Kapp and Eva Pany participated at the GGI North American Regional Conference in Vancouver, BC CANADA. Mario KAPP chaired together with Byron MOLDO (Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP - Beverly Hills, CA USA) the Practice Group "Debt Collection, Restructuring & Insolvency" at the conference. The dicussions took place in a panel which examined the interplay between the US and foreign countries in terms of fraudulenty transferred assets to the United States.
