June 2017; Vancouver, CanadaMario Kapp and Eva Pany participated at the GGI North American Regional Conference in Vancouver, BC CANADA. Mario KAPP chaired together with Byron MOLDO (Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP - Beverly Hills, CA USA) the Practice Group "Debt Collection, Restructuring & Insolvency" at the conference. The dicussions took place in a panel which examined the interplay between the US and foreign countries in terms of fraudulenty transferred assets to the United States. Therefore we particulary paid attention to the procedures, rules and regulations in this context.
