G GI WORLD CONFERENCE BUENOS AIRES

Members of the KAPP & PARTNER Rechtsanwälte GmbH participated at the GGI World Conference in Buenos Aires, Argentina 18 – 21 October 2018.

Mario Kapp is the Global Vice Chairperson of the Practice Group "Debt Collection, Restructuring & Insolvency". This time he chaired the practice group focussing on cross-border-insolvency cases.

In the practice group "Real Estate" Raffaela Lödl-Klein gave a presentation about the “RealEstate-Tuesday“, a series of events which is based on a GGI-cooperation & friendship with Helmut Seitz, HASBERGER_SEITZ & PARTNER Rechtsanwälte GmbH, and aims to connect the relevant actors of the Real Estate industry.
