Members of the KAPP & PARTNER Rechtsanwälte GmbH on the GGI World conference in Bangkok, Thailand 20 – 23 October 2016. Mario Kapp chaired the Practice Group Meeting, Restructuring & Insolvency. The main topic of the meeting was a speech of Kevin Murphy and John Greenwood (CVR Global LLP – London) how Brexit could affect the restructuring of debts and reorganisation of companies.
